The project also aimed to create a Tribal Development Plan to uplift the tribal population in the area. Through comprehensive surveys and community consultations, the project identified critical socio-economic challenges and opportunities for sustainable development.

Based on this data, a comprehensive Rehabilitation & Resettlement Plan was developed, focusing on providing adequate compensation, alternative livelihoods, and necessary social infrastructure. The CSR strategy was designed to improve healthcare, support education, and implement skill development programs.
