This project entailed providing consultancy services for the preparation of a detailed project report (DPR) and pre-construction services for the upgradation of three significant road segments: Churachandpur – Tuvia, Imphal – Jiribam, and Tamelong – Peren. Running from April 2018 to July 2019, the project aimed to improve infrastructure quality and connectivity by delivering comprehensive planning and engineering services crucial for the effective execution of the road upgradation works.
