This project aimed to assess the socio-economic impact of the Bundar Diamond Mine in Buxwaha. It focused on creating a comprehensive Rehabilitation & Resettlement Plan and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The project also included a Tribal Development Plan to support the local tribal communities, ensuring sustainable development and improved living conditions for the affected population. Our Approach
The project approach involves a comprehensive socio-economic survey to assess the demographics, income levels, and living conditions of the affected communities. This data is used to develop a robust Rehabilitation & Resettlement Plan, addressing housing, livelihood restoration, and infrastructure development needs. Additionally, CSR initiatives are designed to address critical community needs such as healthcare, education, and vocational training.
