This project has been engaged to provide consultancy services for the 24/7 Water Supply Project in Assam, focusing on social safeguard studies and the preparation of a gender report. This project focuses on providing consultancy services for social safeguard studies and preparing a gender report for the 24/7 Water Supply Project across multiple locations in Assam. The objective is to ensure that the project benefits all community members equitably, with particular attention to gender-specific impacts and needs. The project aims to identify potential social risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, thereby promoting sustainable and inclusive water supply infrastructure.
Our Approach
Our approach includes conducting comprehensive social safeguard studies to assess the potential impacts of the water supply project on different community groups. We prepare a gender report that identifies specific challenges faced by women and proposes strategies to address them.
